As an homage to Hopper’s titular painting, this exhibition presents the idea of how particular phenomena may manifest within any given space: they may exist physically within an environment, or occur within the deep recesses of one’s psyche.
This exhibition features works-in-progress by candidates from the MA Fine Arts programme. Developed through studio practice, experimentation, group discussion and critique, the works represent the diverse interests and approaches of the seven MA candidates, and include painting, drawing, video, performance, photography and installation.
