Event details

This exhibition features selected works from Year 2 Diploma in Fine Arts students from the McNally School of Fine Arts. The artworks are the outcome of the module covering craft techniques and technologies, which requires students to reuse and recycle various everyday materials.

Students select, explore, manipulate and craft materials such as metal, plastic and wood through found object techniques and approaches. Each artwork reveals a stunning level of creativity that is both delicate and unexpected.

The Altered ‘Assembled’ Tales showcases a process of making that is based on stories, experiences, and understanding of materials and techniques which journeys beyond limitations to a world of adventure and open possibilities.
