via phone or email will not be entertained.

Payment

A non-refundable administrative fee of S$25.00 (inclusive of prevailing GST) is chargeable for issuance of digital certified true copies. Acceptable modes of payment: PayNow/Flywire. Please refer to Page 2 of the request form for instruction details of various payment modes.

Processing

Requests will be processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow three (3) to five (5) working days thereafter to process your request. Processing time excludes delivery time by post. A longer time may be required to retrieve archived records before 2008, or if your request is made at the end of the semester or during other peak processing periods.
