Vicente Delgado (Tito) is a Singapore-based artist. He likes to experiment widely with art-making materials and techniques and work in many mediums, including painting, drawing, printmaking, large scale sculptures and installations.
Tito received his fine arts training in Spain before graduating with first class honours in Graphic Design from Central St Martins College of Art & Design in London And University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Konsfack, Sweden.
Tito is fond of using humour and irony as vehicles to communicate ideas expressed through drawing and illustration. He has exhibited in Singapore, the UK, Spain, Japan, Korea and Indonesia.
In recent years, Tito has worked on projects for local communities, developed projects for the public which use participants as a source for inspiration, as well as designing artefacts for children. Major projects include I we them for the Children’s Biennale 2025/26: Tomorrow We’ll Be... at National Gallery Singapore, Feed Me (2003), a visual arts platform consisting of workshops commissioned by Singapore Arts Festival, and Living Art (2004), presented by the National Arts Council and Singapore Environment Council.
Notable art commissions include Around the day in eighty worlds (2013), an installation commissioned by the Singapore Art Museum for Art Garden, and We are Family (2014), an installation commissioned by Singapore Art Museum for its Learning Gallery. In 2018, We are Family was added by the Ministry of Education to the Primary Art Syllabus for Singaporean students, which will be in use till 2027.
